Body of Work
A Group Mastermind
A selective group container for integrated transformation
through the Selva Method
What This Is
There is a particular kind of growth that only happens in community. Not because individual work is not enough. Because some of the most profound integration occurs when you are witnessed by others who are equally committed to going all the way in. When the people around you are not performing wellness or consuming content about transformation but are actually in it, in real time, alongside you.
Body of Work is my six month group container. An intimate curated experience that takes a selective small group through the full arc of the Selva Method together. The work is the same work I do with my private advising clients — somatic mastery, clinical depth, ancestral intelligence — held inside a collective container that makes something available that one on one work alone cannot always reach. The nervous system regulation that happens when a room of high capacity people are all doing the same deep work simultaneously. The relational patterns that surface when you are held by peers who understand what this level of commitment requires. The witnessing that accelerates integration in a way that isolation simply cannot.
This is not a course. It is not a membership. It is not a place to consume content passively and call it growth. It is a living breathing container where the work happens in the room, in the body, and in the relationships formed between the people inside it across six intentional months.
What We Move Through
Body of Work is built around the three pillars of the Selva Method and from the very first month all three domains are present simultaneously, because that is how real human beings actually work. The nervous system does not wait for the psychology to be resolved before it begins to dysregulate. The lineage does not pause while the attachment blueprint is being examined. Everything is happening at once, and the container is designed to hold all of it at once.
What shifts across the six months is not the subject matter but the depth. We begin with the foundation, building the somatic regulation that makes sustained transformation possible rather than one that collapses under its own weight. We move into the clinical depth of the psychological blueprint, the specific imprints and attachment patterns that have been governing how you lead, love, achieve, and relate long before you became aware of them. And woven through all of it is the ancestral layer, the inherited lineage conditioning that arrived before you did and has been quietly shaping your relationship to power, safety, and belonging in every room you have ever walked into.
By the end of six months together you will not just understand these patterns intellectually. You will have worked them in your body, in relationship, and in the lived experience of your actual life. That is the difference between knowing and integration. Body of Work is built for the latter.
Inside Body of Work
Body of Work is for You If:
You have done significant individual work and are ready to go deeper in community with others who are equally committed.
You want access to my full methodology in a container that is more accessible than private advising but equally rigorous in its depth.
You are ready to be witnessed, challenged, and supported by a carefully curated group of peers who are doing the same work alongside you.
You know that the next level of your growth requires integration in relationship and not just insight in isolation.
You are a founder, athlete, executive, creative, or high visibility leader who is done with surface solutions and ready for the level of transformation that actually holds.
You are tired of programs that give you frameworks to think about and are ready for a container where the work actually happens in your body, your relationships, and your life in real time.
A Note From Ana:
What I have found across twelve years of this work is that something specific becomes available in a group that cannot be fully replicated in a one on one setting. When a room of high capacity people are all doing the same deep work at the same time, something shifts in the container itself. The nervous system responds to being witnessed by people who are in it alongside you rather than observing from a distance. The relational patterns that are hardest to see in isolation become impossible to miss when they are being lived in real time inside a group of people who are paying attention with the same level of precision and commitment.
I designed Body of Work because I kept encountering people who were ready for this level of depth but needed a container that met them in community rather than in isolation. People who had done significant individual work and sensed that the next chapter required something more than another one on one engagement could offer. A peer group doing the work at the same depth. A practitioner who could hold the full complexity of what arose. A six month arc with enough time for real integration to take root rather than just insight to accumulate.
The people who find their way to Body of Work are not beginners. They are high capacity people who have already invested significantly in themselves and are ready to go all the way in together. If that is you, I would be honored to hold this work alongside you.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience.
Each Cohort Is Carefully Curated.
And the next cycle is forming now.
